How many types of PeerPower investors are there? And how are they different?

There are four types of investors according to SEC regulation as follows:
1. Retail investor
2. Institutional Investor
3. High Net Worth Investors
4. Ultra High Net Worth Investors

The differences in investment limitations for each type of investors are as follows:

Remark:
- Retail investor can change the status to Institutional Investor, Hight Net Worth Investors and Ultra High Net Worth by submitting document for qualification verification according to SEC regulations.
- Issuer can raise fund from retail investors with a total amount not exceeding 50 million baht in cumulative.
