How many types of PeerPower investors are there? And how are they different?

There are four types of investors according to SEC regulation as follows:
1. Retail investor
2. Institutional Investor
3. High Net Worth Investors
4. Ultra High Net Worth Investors

The differences in investment limitations for each type of investors are as follows:

Investor type	maximum investment amount per security	maximum investment amount across all platforms
Retail investor	100,000 baht per company	1 million baht per 12 months, excluding repaid crowdfunding bonds
Institutional Investor	no limit	no limit
High Net Worth Investor	no limit	no limit
Ultra High Net Worth Investor	no limit	no limit

Remark:
- Retail investor can change the status to Institutional Investor, Hight Net Worth Investors and Ultra High Net Worth by submitting document for qualification verification according to SEC regulations.
- Issuer can raise fund from retail investors with a total amount not exceeding 50 million baht in cumulative.
