What are the reasons for my investment returns not arriving on time given the scheduled payments date

The investment principles and returns will be transferred to investor's bank account registered, on the payment date. Because Peer Power uses Kasikorn Bank to transfer, 

• investors who use Kasikorn Bank will receive payment on the same date*. 
• While other investors using other banks will receive payment within 2 working days after payment due date (T+2)
