What to do if a payment was completed but the system fails to update

Normally, the status will change to 'Paid' automatically within 10 minutes after payment. If you payment status has not been updated within 10 minutes after payment, please submit the payment slip to PeerPower's LINE account at @PeerPowerIR for further action.
