For account statements, you can request them through the mobile application, web application, or bank counter, depending on the services provided by each bank.
For Kasikornbank (KBank), please request the statement in the Information Statement format, which can be obtained through the following three channels:
- The K-plus and K-plus SME mobile applications
- The K-Cash Connect Plus web application
- At a bank counter, by specifying that you need the Information Statement for your account transaction history.
