Individuals over the age of 20 years old can open an investment account on the PeerPower Platform. However, PeerPower is unable to open investment accounts for the following individuals, according to the SEC Regulations:
(1) those involved with politicians,
(2) those who operate the risky businesses
(3) those who do not pass the suitability test (risk assessment / the investment understanding test for crowdfunding investment)
