Modified on Tue, 12 Sep, 2023 at 12:30 AM

You can make the payment for your investment orders in one of the 2 following ways.

1. Bill Payment: Mobile Banking using QR code, Internet Banking, or Payment at the bank or ATM with the reference code

When making payments through QR Code, please note that the QR Code received after committed order each bond can only be used for the payment of that specific bond during that particular period. It cannot be used to pay for other bonds, regardless of whether they are issued by the same company or not.

For example:

  • The QR Code received when an investor committed bond from Company A offered on January 1, 2023, cannot be used to pay for order for bond from Company A offered on February 3, 2023.

  • The QR Code received when an investor  committed bond from Company A offered on January 1, 2023, cannot be used to pay for order for bond from Company  B offered on January 1, 2023.

How to pay with Bill Payment method

To prevent payment errors, Investors please check to verify the information on the QR code before making transactions through banks, especially the "Investment Date" and the name of the "Issuer," to ensure they match the bond you committed

In the event that investor makes an incorrect payment i.e using an in correct QR Code, please contact customer support here

If investor still want to invest in that specific bond, you will need to make a new payment for the reservation using the correct QR code. This should be complete before the end of the specified payment period. The amount paid incorrectly in the initial transaction will be refunded to you. Please not that it may take 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed.

2. PromptPay
Through the PeerPower mobile application to linked bank account with PromptPay

Note: Currently PeerPower temporarily suspends receiving payment through PromptPay due to service provide issuers. However, investors can still make a payment as usual through Bill Payment via mobile banking, Internet Banking, or at Bank counter. We will notify you once the PromptPay system is fully operation again
