What will investors receive as evidence of the investment

PeerPower will prepare bond certificates or share transfer documents for investors. These documents will include the name of the bond issuer or company and the investor’s name, serving as proof of the investor’s investment in the company.


The bond certificates or share transfer documents will be available in electronic format only. Investors can download their documents anytime via the PeerPower application, accessible through both the website and mobile devices.



How to download:

  1. Using PeerPower mobile application

  • On the ‘Home’ tab, look at ‘Your Portfolio’ section
  • Click on the name of the securities you would like to download certificate for


  1. Using PeerPower website

    • Go to ‘Portfolio’ and scroll down under ‘Portfolio Contents’ 
    • Click on the magnifying glass symbol


Note : For electronic bond certificates or share documents, stamp duty is paid electronically through the Revenue Department's system. There will be no physical stamp on the document, but instead, an electronic stamp duty confirmation number is provided for each payment. If investors have any questions or need the confirmation number, they can contact PeerPower’s customer service team.
