How does Peer Power credit rating works

Modified on Thu, 2 Mar, 2023 at 11:35 AM

The applicant's company will undergo a review with a team of Peer Power's credit experts. This model will indicate the business risk and credibility of the company (which will determine the level of credit ratings listed below).

  • Grade A credit: 9.25 - 12.20% APR
  • Grade B credit: 12.85 - 14.50% APR
  • Grade C credit: 14.65 - 16.60% APR
  • Grade D credit: 17.45 - 20.65% APR
  • High Risk credit: 21.65 - 22.10% APR
  • Not Rated credit: the interest rate level will depend on the bond rate of the assessed company in the market
Remark: The credit scoring model is part of the SEC's criteria for PeerPower as a licensed crowdfunding operator
