Unable to Invest, “Closed for retail Investors” , What does this mean?

In crowdfunding, businesses can raise funds from individual investors up to a total limit of 50 million THB, as regulated by the SEC.

If you are a retail investor and are unable to invest bonds, with the system notifying you that it is “Closed for Retail Investors,” it means that the issuing company has already received the maximum amount of investment from retail investors as allowed by the SEC. From this point onwards, the company can only accept investments from "institutional investors, ultra high net worth investors, and high net worth investors."

This limit includes all crowdfunding bonds issued by the company, not just the ones currently open for subscription.

To invest without limitations, investors who meet the SEC’s criteria can apply to change their status to institutional investors, ultra high net worth investors, and high net worth investors allowing you to invest in all crowdfunding bonds without any restrictions.
