What is a limited investment period or a cap round?

To enhance investment opportunities, PeerPower has a limited investment period (Cap Round) in first 30 minutes of in-funding period, capped at 300,000 THB. During this period, you can still make unlimited investment amount but only you are guaranteed up to 300,000 THB at the time if your investment order is successful.

Any excess amount over 300,000 THB will be allocated based on availability and the queue position after the Cap Round ended.

Example:

If you successfully create an investment order for 1,000,000 THB in a limited booking period (Cap Round)

•  You will be guaranteed an investment order of 300,000 THB.
• The remaining 700,000 THB will be allocated based on available spots after the Cap Round ended.
• You will receive an investment order confirmation for payment in a single installment after the Cap Round ended, with notification through email and the mobile application.

Remark: 
- if there is insufficient availability for the remaining amount, you will receive a payment order for the initial 300,000 THB first, and the remaining will automatically be converted to a waitlist
- You may not get allocated at all or get partially allocated depending on available spot and your investment queue
