What are the different types of bonds

Modified on Mon, 25 Mar at 1:59 PM

PeerPower offers investors 2 types of Crowdfunding Bond to help you diversify your portfolio through assets in the Private Capital Market:

1. Basic Bond: gives returns in the form of regular cashflow (monthly or quarterly). The duration of Basic Bonds are less than 2 years, giving investors flexibility and less exposure to interest rate risks.

2. Trade Financing Bond: highly flexible with the bond duration of shorter than 3 months so investors can get back the principle money for further re-investments. This type of bond is also designed to lower the default risks as the bond amount will be considered based on invoice value that the issuer has at the time. PeerPower also evaluates the Trade Financing Bond issuer's business performance every month through the bond duration.
