Investment in crowdfunding equity/bond is considered as non-liabilty asset (in the same class as equity, bonds, gold etc). In this case, should the investor pass away, the asset will be transferred according to the instructions in the will. In case there is no will, the assets will be transferred to the rightful heir in the orders governed by the law.
